1. Who we are
Any2Quiz ("we", "the app") is a quiz platform available at any2quiz.com and as an Android app. It turns text and topics into interactive quizzes, offers curated question banks, kids' quizzes, and head-to-head challenges.
2. Information we collect
Account information (optional). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. You can use parts of the app without signing in.
Usage data. We store your quiz activity — quizzes created, attempted, scores, and progress — linked to your account or device session so you can review history and continue where you left off.
Payment information. Paid features are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card numbers, UPI details, or banking credentials — Razorpay handles those under its own privacy policy.
User content. Text, topics, and any files you provide to generate quizzes are processed to create your quiz and may be stored with your account. This content is sent to third-party AI model providers (see section 6) to generate questions. Please do not submit sensitive personal information as quiz content.
Profile details (optional). If you edit your profile, we store the name, email, age, role (for example student or teacher), grade and profile picture you provide.
WhatsApp reminders (optional). If you opt in to streak reminders or "quiz ready" alerts, we store the WhatsApp phone number you provide and use it only to send those messages. You can stop them at any time by emailing us.
Demo requests. If you submit the schools "Request a demo" form, we store the name, organisation, contact details, role and message you enter so we can reply.
Technical and analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and our own server logs to understand how the app is used. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and approximate location. We also use cookies and local storage on your device to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
3. How we use it
- Provide and personalize the quiz experience
- Save your progress, history, and generated quizzes
- Process purchases and entitlements
- Understand usage in aggregate to improve the product
- Generate quiz questions from the content you submit
- Send reminders and alerts you have opted in to
- Communicate about your account or the service
4. Advertising
The website and the Android app (which loads the website) may display ads via Google AdSense, which uses cookies and advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your settings. See Google's advertising policy and Ads Settings to control personalization.
5. Children's content
Any2Quiz includes a "Little One Zone" with quizzes designed for young children (letters, numbers, shapes, animals). These quizzes do not require an account, do not ask children for personal information, and use on-device text-to-speech for audio prompts — speech text is processed by the device's TTS engine and is not sent to us as audio.
The Any2Quiz Android app is intended for users aged 13 and over; Little One Zone is not offered in the Android app. On the website, Little One Zone is intended for use by parents and young children together. It records only an anonymous session count (no account, device identifier or personal data) and does not use Google Analytics or advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact any2quiz@gmail.com and we will delete it.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, each governed by its own privacy policy, and when required by law:
- Google — sign-in, Google Analytics, AdSense ads, and the Gemini AI model
- AI model providers (such as DeepSeek and Cohere) — receive the topics and text you submit in order to generate quiz questions
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Cloud hosting and storage (such as Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare) — to host the app and store uploaded files
- WhatsApp messaging service providers — only to deliver reminders you opted in to
7. Data retention & deletion
Account and quiz data is retained while your account is active. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.
How to delete your account and data. Email any2quiz@gmail.com from your registered address (or a Google account you signed in with) with the subject "Delete my Any2Quiz account". We will delete your account, profile, quiz history, generated quizzes, uploaded files and WhatsApp reminder subscription within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to keep (such as payment records). You can ask for a copy of your data or a correction in the same way, and you may withdraw consent for reminders at any time.
8. Security
The service is served over HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted to what the app needs to operate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms of Use.
